Process

Stickory would like to ensure you understand all the details of our engagement with you and your pet up-front to eliminate any surprises, so we can focus our attention on the most important aspect of our relationship - the health, safety, and happiness of your pet(s). In order to do this, Stickory requires every new client schedule a 60-minute Initial Consultation so we can meet your pet(s), they can meet and become familiar with us, and we can learn more about their specific care requirements prior to providing pet services.

To ensure we have the ability to serve you and your pets, Stickory kindly requests that new clients schedule an initial consultation two weeks prior to the desired service date and existing clients schedule services no later than one week prior to the desired service date.
